PongUniversity cannot resell items that have been personalized, and therefore, cannot accept any returns unless the package was damaged during the shipping process. We will, however, accept returns for any non-printed products within 7 days from the date of sale.
 
 
2) How We Will Process Your Order : 

Ping Pong Ball orders that are not personalized are normally shipped same or next business day from date of order. For custom Ping Pong Ball orders, we request you upload any relative artwork upon ordering. If for any reason, you regret to do so, you may email the artwork with your order number to mailto:Admin@PongUniversity.com checkout. We will create a film of your artwork, and if we have any questions, comments or problems, we will email you directly.

 

After you order is placed, your beer pong balls will be shipped within 3-5 days.  Ground shipping generally takes about 3-5 days on top of that.
You can choose to upgrade your shipping to 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, or Overnight for an additional fee.
 
 
3) Shipping : 

All orders are generally shipped through UPS or USPS, however if you would like to use your own carrier or shipping code, we can accomodate. Some of our products are shipped from different warehouses, so you may receive your packages on different days depending on what you order. Shipping prices are calculated by weight and product dimensions.
 
 
4) Art Requirements :

 
Imprint items must have artwork provided. Please send in .EPS .CDR .AI or .PDF format. If you have artwork in any other format (GIF, JPG, BMP etc.), submit it and we will contact you if there are any problems. In order to use a design (photograph, logo, brand logo, slogan, text, etc) you must have the full rights to this design. In case of doubt, please confirm ownership or ask the rightful owner for usage rights before uploading a design! PongUniversity.com reserves the right to object to printing material that may be in conflict with our printing policies. You will be notified if your design does not comply.
